A smooth warehouse expansion
Industrial Food Distribution Warehouse Expansion
Tech Electric constructed the electrical, telecommunications and security systems for the expansion of a large Food Distribution Warehouse. The project consisted of 99,000sf addition and the renovation of the existing office space and adjacent warehouse space. The building was occupied and in operation during all phases of construction. We had several diverse/challenging conditions on the job site that included:
- -10 degrees freezer area
- 35 degree cooler storage area
- dry goods storage area
- 40 foot working heights
- occupied office areas
